Go to weTransfer.com, choose the free version and follow the instructions on how to upload your files.

Type in our email address sales@transcriptionservice.co.za 
to send your files to.

Once your files have been uploaded, you will receive a notification from weTransfer and once we download your files you will receive a notification.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Send us your audio or documents
  2. We review and and provide a quote
  3. Once confirmation of order and deposit payment received, your transcription work is processed
  4. Once completed, we send you the transcripts via email, request final payment and once received, the balance of your transcripts is sent to you as completed.
  5. Transcripts lead times are based on Turnaround rate option selected upon confirmation of order.
